    Get PDF
Accurate navigation is important for long-range rocket projectile’s precise striking. For getting a stable and high-performance navigation result, a ultra-tight global position system (GPS), inertial measuring unit integration (IMU)-based navigation approach is proposed. In this study, high-accuracy position information output from IMU in a short time to assist the carrier phase tracking in the GPS receiver, and then fused the output information of IMU and GPS based on federated filter. Meanwhile, introduced the cubature kalman filter as the local filter to replace the unscented kalman filter, and improved it with strong tracking principle, then, improved the federated filter with vector sharing theory. Lastly simulation was carried out based on the real ballistic data, from the estimation error statistic figure. The navigation accuracy of the proposed method is higher than traditional method.

Alleviating the Long-Tail Problem in Conversational Recommender Systems

Conversational recommender systems (CRS) aim to provide the recommendation service via natural language conversations. To develop an effective CRS, high-quality CRS datasets are very crucial. However, existing CRS datasets suffer from the long-tail issue, \ie a large proportion of items are rarely (or even never) mentioned in the conversations, which are called long-tail items. As a result, the CRSs trained on these datasets tend to recommend frequent items, and the diversity of the recommended items would be largely reduced, making users easier to get bored. To address this issue, this paper presents \textbf{LOT-CRS}, a novel framework that focuses on simulating and utilizing a balanced CRS dataset (\ie covering all the items evenly) for improving \textbf{LO}ng-\textbf{T}ail recommendation performance of CRSs. In our approach, we design two pre-training tasks to enhance the understanding of simulated conversation for long-tail items, and adopt retrieval-augmented fine-tuning with label smoothness strategy to further improve the recommendation of long-tail items. Extensive experiments on two public CRS datasets have demonstrated the effectiveness and extensibility of our approach, especially on long-tail recommendation.Comment: work in progres

RESEARCH ON UNBALANCED WEIGHING EXPERIMENT OF MULTI-POINT BRACED SWIVEL CABLE-STAYED BRIDGE

To guarantee the safety of the swivel process, the weighing experiment before the swivel is especially important. Based on this, this paper takes a twin-tower, double-cable prestressed concrete swivel cable-stayed bridge as the background and suggests a multi-point braced swivel weighing experiment involving the joint force of the arm-brace and the spherical hinge to solve problems such as a particular obstacle in the relying project's swivelling process. Firstly, the relevant weighing experiment formulas for various circumstances were theoretically derived. The field test results were then used to calculate the jacking force at the limit state during the jacking process, which was then substituted into the relevant formulae, and the relevant parameters of the weighing experiment were calculated. Finally, the counterweight is adjusted based on the weighing results to carry out the structural rotation. The angular velocity was stable during the swivelling process, and the structure was successfully swivelled. The successful practice of a multi-point braced swivel weighing experiment involving the joint force of the arm-brace, and the spherical hinge can provide a reference for the design and construction of similar bridges

With apparent size and weight advantages, on-chip spectrometer could be a good choice for the spectrum analysis application which has been widely used in numerous areas such as optical network performance monitoring, materials analysis and medical research. In order to realize the broadband and the high resolution simultaneously, we propose a new on-chip spectrometer structure, which is a two-stage structure. The coarse wavelength division is realized by the cascaded Mach-Zehnder interferometers, which is the first stage of the spectrometer. The output of the Mach-Zehnder interferometers are further dispersed by the second stage structure, which can be realized either by arrayed waveguide gratings or by digital Fourier transform spectrometer structure. We further implemented the thermo-optic modulation for the arrayed waveguide gratings to achieve a higher spectral resolution. The output channel wavelengths of the spectrometer are modulated by the embedded heater to obtain the first order derivative spectra of the input optical signal to obtain a 2nm resolution. With respect to the computer simulation and device characterization results, the 400nm spectral range and the nanoscale resolution have been demonstrated

Investigations on the effectiveness of protection methods for a submarine pipeline exposed to the impact of a falling anchor

The occurrence of a buried submarine pipeline crossing a channel becoming damaged by the impact of a falling anchor is becoming more common. It is important to analyze the dynamic response of pipelines exposed to such impact and develop effective protection methods to ensure the safe operation of the pipelines exposed to the impact of falling anchors. In this study, different protection methods, including pure rock, concrete mattress + rock, concrete mattress + rock + rubber pad, and compound flexible pad + rock, are physically tested. The strains at the impacting point and along the pipeline were measured with the fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors. The effectiveness of the protection methods is analyzed based on the maximum strain and its affected length on the pipeline. Then, a theoretical model is established to analyze the deformation and strain of a pipeline. Through curve-fitting the experimental results, the bearing capacity coefficients for different protection methods are determined. The protection method of compound flexible pad + rock has the best performance to protect the pipeline from the impact of a falling anchor
